Charm's Cakes and Cupcakes House offers the best custom cakes in the Metro Manila. We aim for the top quality on our products, customer service, and after sales concerns. Below states our Terms and Conditions when you purchase one of our products.

Reservations

Paying in full upront is encourage, but to book we only require ₱1000 peso for all orders with total cost below ₱10,000, otherwise 50% if the cost is higher than ₱10,000. 

The deposit fee along with the completed Order Details form we provided will confirm your date of booking with us. The Order Form collects all customer details, delivery details and customization request details for the cake being ordered.

For payments made online, via Gcash, Bank transfers, customers are required to send a screenshot of the successul deposit slips with transaction numbers fairly readable.

All cake orders are pre-orders or had to be ordered in advanced. We encourage everyone to book in advance if possible. We can accomodate orders if placed 36 hours before the delivery time. We may be able to accomdate short notice orders (below 12 hours) depending on our load of orders. 

Cancelations

In terms of cancelation, all deposits are non-refundable. There will be no credit given for orders cancelled inside of seven (7) business days. For cancelations with more than seven (7) business days notice, store credit may be given for a future order.

If full payment is not received before the due date, the order may be cancelled. 

Changing of delivery date

Changing of date delivery is only allowed if notice is given in more than seven (7) business days. Due to the type of cake we are making, sourcing of materials are done in advance. Research about the design and preparations too are done days ahead. These activities comes with a cost and we can't reverse them anymore.

Changing of cake theme

A total change of chosen Cake Theme is only allowed if notice is given in more than seven (7) business days. Due to the type of cake we are making, sourcing of materials are done in advance. Delivery

All deliveries are delivered via 4-wheel vehicles. We may use sedan for smaller boxes or bigger vans if necessary. We never use motorcycles to deliver our producsts. The delivery is aimed to arrive 1 to 2 hour before the time of event you given to us in the order form. We do not guarantee the delivery to arrive on the exact time requested. 

The Client must disclose any adverse road hazards and/or obstacles that may hamper the delivery and quality of finished products. In the case of an unavoidable occurrence, such as an act of god, a car accident, poor road conditions, or dropping of cake during delivery, Charm's Cakes cannot be held liable for more than the price of the cake described on your order.

If the client or client's representative is not available to receive the delivery. The cake will be recalled back to the shop and a re-delivery fee will be required at the time of receipt of goods and services. 

If you or your representative chooses to pick up the cake on our shop, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves the possession of our store.

Customization

Design customization request must be itemized by the client into the order form. Filled up order forms are sent back to client as proof of the intructions we received.

Discounts

All present discounts are not combinable. We may release multiple promotions, these discounts or freebies we released at the same time are cannot be applied on the same order. 

Photographs and Marketing

We respect the privacy of all our clients. We will not disclose the identity of clients (photographs of people, last names, event details, contract details) without permission. We may use public information like names, photos that you shared publicly via Reviews page on Facebook.

We also reserve the right to photograph our finish product cakes and use those photos on our website, social media, or marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to customer.

Rush Orders

All orders that were placed below 7 business days period are considered rush orders and subject to addtional rush order fees. All order details you provide, once submitted are deemed final and cannot be changed or canceled anymore. Deposits made for rush orders are not refundable.
